We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 30 minutes of your purchased time. After 7 days or 30 minutes of use, purchases are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us with your access code.
End-to-end encryption is enabled by default using a passphrase embedded in the invite link's URL fragment. The security of your call depends on how you share the invite link. If you share the link over an insecure channel, the passphrase may be visible to others. We recommend sharing invite links via encrypted messaging apps or in person.
MonkeyThorn Meet's architecture is designed with privacy and security as foundational principles. Formal compliance certifications (HIPAA, SOC 2) are on our roadmap. Contact us to discuss your compliance requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonkeyThorn Meet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
